A - Only one (01) small animal of up to 10 kg will be accepted per apartment and as long as it has a friendly behavior.
B - The owner must present the animal's updated vaccination card at check-in.
C - The owner must bring all the utensils and containers necessary for the animal's stay, such as food, guide, hygiene material and food containers.
D - Cleaning the animal's solid and liquid waste is the guest's responsibility.
E - The owner of the animal is responsible for any damage caused in the apartment or in the common areas of the Hotel, including the furniture or trousseau/clothes.
F - Cleaning will only be carried out if the animal's owner is present in the room, one must remain, until the maid leaves.
G - Under no circumstances may the Hotel's linens/layout be used (such as towels, blankets, sheets, pillows, etc.) for comfort or cleaning of the animal.
H - In the event of any incident with injuries to other people or animals, the owner of the animal will assume full and unrestricted responsibility for what happened and must provide full assistance to the victim, exempting the Hotel from any responsibility.
I - Pets are only allowed in the common areas of the hotel with the help of a guide or appropriate boxes.
J - Pets are not allowed in the breakfast area or restaurant.
K - It is not allowed to leave the animal alone in the apartment.
L - We ask that dogs do not bark persistently and in a row. We ask for collaboration, common sense and respect with other guests.
M - The pet owner must sign the liability waiver at the time of check-in as well as make the payment for the pet's stay fee at the Hotel. 16- Failure to comply with any of the above rules will result in the imposition of a fine, without prejudice to the possibility of canceling the reservation, in order to preserve the well-being of the other guests.
